Job Description

Pulse Staffing is currently hiring a Bilingual Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in the Houston area. We’re looking for compassionate, reliable CNAs who are passionate about providing quality care and can effectively communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking patients.

Position Overview:

The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities, support nursing staff, and maintain a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure patients receive excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

  • Take and record vital signs, weight, and other patient data accurately.

  • Provide emotional support and maintain a positive environment for patients.

  • Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff promptly.

  • Help maintain cleanliness and safety standards in patient areas.

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with patients and healthcare team members.
