Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRN

Position Overview
Pulse Staffing / Uptown Private Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients in a private-duty home care setting.
We are looking for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and providing quality, compassionate care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized, one-on-one patient care.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate with the care team.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification in good standing.
- Previous private-duty or home care experience preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide quality one-on-one care.
