Certified Nursing Assistant (Part‑Time) – Direct Hire

Qualifications – Required

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in Healthcare
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License (DL)
Comfortable with required travel within the assigned territory

Overview

This part‑time Certified Nursing Assistant role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in home health and hospice care. CNAs in this position work independently in patient homes while being supported by a dedicated education team and leadership committed to professional growth. The role includes travel within a defined territory and access to career‑advancing benefits such as educational support and loan repayment programs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in hospice and home health settings
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Observe, document, and report changes in patient condition to support safety and independence
Reinforce care plans and promote healthy routines through patient and caregiver education
Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with the care team
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Work independently while receiving ongoing support from clinical leadership
Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory

Schedule & Shift Details

Part‑time: 2–3 days per week
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Travel Requirements

Travel within assigned territory, including York & Adams counties (PA)
Reliable transportation required

Pay Transparency Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Some sites require disclosure of pay and benefits. This role may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives depending on business needs. Employees may receive health insurance, optional dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid holidays, and PTO or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this position is $20-25
