Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Company: Rose Garden Nursing and Rehabilitation 732-505-4477

WEEKEND ONLY RATE: Fridays, Saturdays and or Sundays, $26-30 (up to 3 shifts)

FT CNAS RATE: Starting at $18.50 and up

Job Summary:

You will be an essential part of our dedicated team, providing high-quality care to our residents. Your role will involve assisting residents with daily living activities monitoring their health status, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Duties:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
Collaborate with the nursing team to create individualized care plans
Assist with phlebotomy procedures as needed
Work in various settings such as assisted living, outpatient clinics, pediatrics, medical offices, emergency medicine, and home community care

Experience:

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
Familiarity with caring for individuals in different healthcare settings
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certification as a Nursing Assistant is a plus
