Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Special Education Department. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide exceptional care and support to students with special needs.
Schedule
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. No weekend work is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care for students.
- Collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals to support individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and document student health and progress.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students.
- Assist with the implementation of therapeutic activities.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
