Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and support daily living activities.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Assist with medical procedures and ensure patient comfort.
Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
Utilize performance metrics to track personal and team success.
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
Support patients with mobility and physical activities.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Experience/Qualifications
Must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Experience in providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting.
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
Strong communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
Ability to monitor and document patient vital signs accurately.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Demonstrated ability to support patients with mobility and physical activities.
Willingness to engage in team meetings and collaborate on care strategies.
Proven ability to provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
