Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Per DiemLocation: Flagstaff, AZSchedule: Per-Diem / Flexible Shifts

About the Role:We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a per-diem basis in Flagstaff, AZ. This position is ideal for CNAs who enjoy flexibility while still making a meaningful impact in patient care. You will work in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

  • Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, feeding)

  • Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients

  • Accurately document care and follow facility protocols

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members

Qualifications:

  • Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing

  • Current CPR/BLS certification

  • Ability to work per-diem with reliable availability (days, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to quality care

  • Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred, but not required
