Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
Assist residents with mobility and transfers
Take vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support residents during rehabilitation and daily activities
Offer comfort, companionship, and emotional support
Keep resident rooms clean, safe, and welcoming
Work closely with nurses to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
