Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Long-Term Care (LTC) for our client in Akron, CO 80720. This is a 13-week contract assignment. Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Long-Term Care (LTC) Location: Akron, CO 80720 Duration: 13 Weeks Work Schedule: Evening Shift (2:00 PM 10:00 PM) Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and mental conditions to the nursing team.
Obtain and document vital signs as directed.
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation using PointClickCare (PCC).
Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide compassionate care.
Maintain infection control and resident safety standards.
Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident care.

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

Active CNA Certification
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work evening shifts and provide reliable attendance
