West Janisch Health Care Center is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated care team.

Whether you are seeking full-time stability or PRN flexibility, we have opportunities available on both day and night shifts.

Our CNAs are the heart of our community, providing hands-on care, building meaningful connections, and making a lasting difference in the lives of our residents every single day.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility

• Take vital signs and report changes in resident's condition promptly

• Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion

• Assist licensed nurses and the interdisciplinary team in implementing care plans

• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and documentation standards

• Help create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and families

What We’re Looking For

• Current Texas CNA certification (required)

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during a 12-hour shift

• Availability for 6a–6p or 6p–6a shifts
