Daily Pay Available! West Janisch Health Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate care team. Our CNAs are the heart of our community—providing hands-on care, building meaningful connections, and making a real difference in the lives of our residents every day. What You’ll Do Provide hands-on care with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility Take vital signs and observe/report changes in the resident's condition Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion Assist nurses and the interdisciplinary team with resident care plans Follow infection control, safety protocols, and documentation standards Help create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and families What We’re Looking For Current Texas CNA certification (required) Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift Availability for 6a–6p or 6p–6a shifts Why Join West Janisch?
