We love what we do and we're looking for a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health and hospice team in Cedar City.

Responsibilities:
We have a great team in Cedar City, UT that works hard, enjoys their jobs, and has FUN together!
- Comfortable working independently performing routine nursing assistant procedures
- Managing patients care within the home setting
- Working in an EMR charting program
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant License
- Active CPR Certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $17.00 per hour
