Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

Interlude, now Allina Health Restorative Suites, a state-of-the-art transitional and restorative care campus in Plymouth, MN, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! We just recently had a deficiency free MDH survey!

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Allina Health Restorative Suites, you'll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You'll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Position Type: Part-Time, working a varying schedule including weekend

Shifts Available:

Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (16 or 24 Hours per week)

Nights 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12 Hours per week)

Wage Range: $19.83 - 24.72 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441 West Metro

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry.
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
