We have a variety of clients who need care at all kinds of hours. We are looking for PCA, NA & CNA's who are looking to not only looking to join a team but a family.

Always Best Care West End is looking for caring, compassionate CNAs to join our team. Part time hours are available and can be flexible. Days, evenings and weekend shifts are offered to accommodate the schedules of both the caregivers and our clients. We serve Richmond City, West End, East End, Northside, Southside and Hanover.
Always Best Care provides services for seniors in their homes; whether that be in their residential home, retirement community or an assisted living.
As a Caregiver with Always Best Care, the ideal candidate is to provide care for clients in a safe, secure professional environment which meets their needs. Caregivers help assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, continence care, meal preparation, medication reminders, keeping the home safe and clean, as well as the overall supervision of the clients physical and mental well-being.

Primary Responsibilities
- Basic companion care
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation
- Meal preparation
- Incontinence care
- Transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.
- Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing and feeding
- Cleans rooms and makes client beds
- Converses with clients to provide assurance
- Observes Universal Precautions
- Provides client transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping
- Provides client laundry and linen changes
- Light housekeeping
- Provides medication reminders
- Meal preparation and clean up

- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
