Position: PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Evansville Manor a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations!

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
Provide direct therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
Communicate resident progress or any concerns to the Occupational Therapist, supervisor, and interdisciplinary team members.
Instruct families and nursing staff on patient follow-through programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
Maintain documentation of treatment provided and progress made in accordance with facility guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that all equipment used during therapy sessions is in safe working order, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow facility protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications:

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing in the state of Wisconsin
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or related setting preferred but not required.
