Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy assistant services under licensed OT supervision.
Develop and document individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
Implement therapeutic activities and exercises tailored to patient needs.
Document treatment sessions accurately in electronic medical records.
Adhere to regulatory and facility policies, including privacy and safety standards.
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to meet targets.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care delivery.
Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and activity modification.
Participate in performance metrics and contribute to pipeline-based target achievement.
Engage in ongoing professional development and pursue certifications aligned with growth.
Assess home and workplace environments to optimize functional goals.
Maintain equipment and manage supply inventory for therapy programs.
Experience/Qualifications
Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
Supervised OT collaboration for treatment planning and progress reviews.
Develop and document individual treatment plans with measurable goals.
Implement therapy activities and exercises tailored to patient needs.
Accurate documentation of treatment sessions in electronic medical records.
Comply with regulatory, facility, privacy, and safety standards.
Monitor patient progress; adjust interventions to meet targets.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for cohesive care delivery.
Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and activity modification.
Engage in ongoing professional development and pursue aligned certifications.
Assess home and workplace environments to optimize functional goals.
Contribute to performance metrics and pipeline-based target achievement.
Maintain equipment and manage therapy supply inventory.
Ability to work in a high-visibility, results-driven environment.
