At the moment we are in URGENT need of a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to take on a Full-Time assignment at a facility located in Stockton, CA.Position Details:40 Hours per weekLocation: Stockton, CASchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pmRate: $50/hr W2 (Travel Rate Available)Job Description:
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
- Conduct therapeutic activities according to the occupational therapist's guidance
- Monitor patient progress and report it to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Instruct patients and families in following treatment plans and using therapeutic equipment
- Help patients improve their cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatments
- Modify treatment plans to address patient needs in consultation with an Occupational Therapist
- Educate patients and their families on tasks and activities necessary for rehabilitation
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes
