We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a skilled nursing team in Salina, KS. This opportunity is ideal for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who enjoys building meaningful resident relationships while helping patients improve function, increase independence, and enhance quality of life.

What You’ll Do:• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services under the direction of the Occupational Therapist• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on activities of daily living, mobility, strength, cognition, and functional independence• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy and interdisciplinary teams• Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory standards• Educate residents and families on therapeutic activities and adaptive techniques• Support discharge planning and continuity of care• Help create a positive rehab experience that encourages resident success and engagement

What We’re Looking For:• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license (or eligible for licensure) in Kansas• Skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric experience preferred• Strong communication and teamwork skills• A patient-first approach and collaborative mindset• Passion for helping residents reach their highest level of independence as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
