Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Location: Sunnyvale, CARate: $44–$50/hourEmployment Type: Permanent | Flexible Start Date

Blue United Sourcing is seeking a COTA to join a rehab team at a skilled nursing facility located in Sunnyvale. You’ll be providing hands-on therapy, supporting patient progress, and collaborating with a team that values quality care and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
Help patients achieve functional goals and improve daily living skills
Document progress and maintain compliance with facility standards
Engage patients with encouragement, patience, and professionalism
Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused rehab environment

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed COTA in California
Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or outpatient settings preferred
Strong communication skills and patient-focused mindset
Someone who values collaboration, reliability, and positive team culture
