This position offers the opportunity to work closely with residents to improve independence and functional ability in a supportive rehab setting.What You'll Do:Carry out occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of the Occupational TherapistAssist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, and self-care tasks
Lead exercises focused on coordination, strength, and fine motor skills
Monitor progress and communicate updates to the OTMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care plans
