Position Overview:We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support occupational therapy services for skilled nursing residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement OT treatment plans under OT supervision

  • Assist residents with ADLs and functional tasks

  • Monitor and report patient progress

  • Maintain accurate treatment documentation

Qualifications:

  • Active California COTA license

  • SNF experience preferred
