Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Permanent (SNF)

  • Location: California 91942

  • Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Employment Type: Permanent

  • Compensation: $38 – $45/hour

Schedule

  • Schedule based on facility needs

Position Summary & Responsibilities

  • Deliver OT treatments under OT supervision

  • Assist with ADLs, mobility, and rehab activities

  • Monitor progress and report to supervising OT

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation

  • Ensure safe, patient-centered care

Requirements

  • Associate degree from accredited COTA program

  • Active California COTA license (required)

  • SNF or rehab experience preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
