PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Spanish Fork Nursing & RehabIndependence Rehab is actively seeking a compassionate, motivated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Spanish Fork Nursing & Rehab in Spanish Fork, UT.At Independence Rehab, we are passionate about helping people stay independent in the later chapters of life. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Experience Includes:Treating a medically complex geriatric population

Functional mobility and transfer training

Adaptive ADL retraining

Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams

If there are areas where you would like additional support or training, we are happy to help provide mentorship and competency development.Qualifications:Current Utah COTA licenseSNF experience preferred, but not required

Compassion for the geriatric population

Strong communication and teamwork skills
