What You'll Do

  • Provide home care therapy under the supervision of an OT
  • Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
  • Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
  • Be the best part of someone’s day!

Visit Expectations

  • Part-time: visit expectations are flexible; most part-time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week

Compensation and Benefits

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $40-50 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Eligible employees may participate in IHT's 401(k) plan after meeting age and service requirements. Additional offerings may include dental, vision, life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

What You'll Need

  • Active COTA license in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
