Position Overview

Join our mission-driven team as a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and make a meaningful difference in children's lives. You'll collaborate with experienced occupational therapists to deliver exceptional care to children facing developmental and sensory challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Implement occupational therapy interventions under licensed OT supervision
Evaluate and document pediatric patient progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify treatment plans
Provide family education to enhance therapeutic carry-over at home
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient documentation

What We're Looking For

Required:

Reliable commute to Pikesville, MD 21208 or willingness to relocate
Commitment to pediatric care excellence

Preferred:

1+ years pediatric experience
Current Occupational Therapy Assistant License
COTA certification
