Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-TimeLTC Therapy Services at QuincyQuincy, MA$30–$33/hourLTC Therapy Services is looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Quincy rehabilitation team. Work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents strengthen the skills needed for greater independence in everyday activities.Position ResponsibilitiesProvide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational TherapistAssist residents with activities of daily living, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional tasks

Carry out individualized treatment programs based on resident goals

Track progress and communicate changes to the supervising Occupational TherapistEducate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team
