$5,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus Available

Kidzoola Therapy Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our beautiful, therapist-owned pediatric clinic.

We believe children learn best when they are engaged, motivated, and enjoying the process. Therapy at Kidzoola feels like play, while remaining grounded in evidence-based practice, thoughtful planning, and strong caregiver relationships.

We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates. Part-time hours are ideally after school, while full-time positions offer a broader daytime schedule. We are happy to discuss flexible scheduling options with the right candidate.

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Montana (or ability to obtain)• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program• Pediatric experience preferred, not required• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)• Strong communication and collaboration skills

We welcome both new graduates and experienced clinicians.

What You’ll Do

• Provide pediatric OT treatment sessions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist• Implement treatment plans and goals• Deliver engaging, play-based therapy• Collaborate with caregivers and teammates• Complete documentation clearly and promptly• Participate in supervision and team meetings
