What You'll Be Doing

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

Help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care

Educate residents and families while building meaningful relationships

Bring compassion, positivity, and energy to work every day

What We're Looking For

Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License - or eligible to apply

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passion for improving the lives of others

Skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required

Familiarity with Net Health or PointClickCare is helpful

New graduates encouraged to apply!
