Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Adult Home Health

Location: Pueblo, CO

Employment Type: Part-time or full-time (FT status is 20 visits/week)

Compensation: $50 - $56 per visit

As a home health COTA, you’ll work with clients to support recovery and independence through adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training to improve quality of life at home.

Requirements

Active Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
(New graduates and relocating clinicians encouraged to apply)
Current CPR certification
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Passion for helping individuals to reach their full potential through home-based care
