Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time

Post Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity to work directly with residents on meaningful therapy goals while supporting independence, safety, and daily function in a collaborative clinical setting.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities focused on self-care, upper extremity function, coordination, and mobility
• Reinforce adaptive strategies and therapeutic exercises designed to improve daily performance
• Monitor resident participation during treatment sessions and communicate progress to the OT
• Complete timely and accurate treatment documentation
