Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-TimeEastern Star Home & CampusOriskany, NY$27-$32/hourPost Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents improve independence and quality of life in a supportive skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational TherapistHelp residents improve performance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional tasks

Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising Occupational TherapistEducate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety strategies

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best possible resident outcomes

QualificationsActive New York Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
