Post Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents regain functional abilities and improve independence in their daily routines.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with self-care tasks, mobility activities, coordination exercises, and functional training
• Support individualized treatment goals using therapeutic activities and adaptive techniques
• Encourage resident engagement and provide a positive therapy experience
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and communicate progress updates with the rehab team

Qualifications:

• Active COTA license required
