Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-TimeVilla Crest Nursing CenterManchester, NH$30–$33/hourPost Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to support residents in improving independence, daily function, and quality of life within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.Position Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational TherapistAssist residents with activities focused on self-care, upper extremity function, balance, coordination, and daily living skills

Implement individualized treatment plans designed to support functional goals and independence

Monitor resident performance and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising OTCollaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care

Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
