Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-TimeAyer Valley Rehab and Nursing | Ayer, MA$30–$33/hour | Full-Time | BenefitsPost Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Ayer Valley Rehab and Nursing. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents improve everyday function, develop greater independence, and reach meaningful rehabilitation goals.What You'll DoProvide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational TherapistAssist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks

Implement individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OTMonitor resident progress and communicate treatment updates to the therapy team

Reinforce adaptive techniques, therapeutic activities, and safety strategies

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
