We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a collaborative, in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment where the focus is on patient care—not unrealistic productivity quotas.

Schedule
- Full-Time with flexibility:
- Sunday–Thursday
- Tuesday–Saturday
- Monday–Friday (may be available)
- Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Designed to support work-life balance
Your Role
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
- Help patients improve daily living skills and functional independence
- Accurately document treatments and patient progress
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active (or soon-to-be) Florida COTA License
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or clinical rotations preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
