Job Description

Position: Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantPay Range: $40.00- $48.00/HR DOELocation: Three Rivers Care, 1305 Alexander St, Centralia, WA 98531Who we are:Three Rivers Care is part of the Caldera Care Family. We strongly believe that the key to this is through our incredible staff!What you will do:Provide professional clinical services

Carry out education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administration

Demonstrate professional knowledge and skills in applying a wide range of theories, principles, and methodologies of occupational therapy

Collaborate with other members of the Interdisciplinary treatment teams

Must have:Must have valid Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials that is in good standing

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
