CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (COTA)
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – School-Based | Contingent Upon Award New Castle County, DE Full-Time | Part-Time
SOS Personnel is recruiting skilled COTAs for school-based assignments within Christina School District. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.
We are seeking reliable, student-centered professionals who thrive in collaborative educational environments.
Responsibilities:
- Implement OT treatment plans under supervision of licensed OT
- Provide occupationally-based interventions
- Support fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
- Document therapy sessions accurately and timely
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff
Qualifications:
- Completion of accredited COTA program
- Active Delaware COTA License (or ability to obtain)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
