Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Carmichael, CA | Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs

Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive rehab team in Carmichael, California. This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians looking for a flexible schedule and a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care.

Position Overview:

Location: Carmichael, CA
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
Start Date: ASAP
Productivity Requirement: 90%
Duration: 13-week assignment (with possibility to extend)
EMR System: Common rehab EMR platform

Qualifications:

Valid California COTA license
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team
