Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Oakley, CA Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based) Compensation: $36.00 - $56.00 per hour
Position OverviewOur client is seeking multiple Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for in-person school-based positions in Oakley, CA.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
- Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided.
Qualifications
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience.
- Experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student development.
Compensation & Benefits
