Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location: Oakley, CA Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based) Compensation: $36.00 - $56.00 per hour

Position OverviewOur client is seeking multiple Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for in-person school-based positions in Oakley, CA.

Responsibilities

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided.

Qualifications

Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California.
Minimum one (1) year of experience.
Experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student development.

Compensation & Benefits

$36.00 - $56.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
