Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-TimeAutumn Lake at Arlington WestBaltimore, MD$33–$38/hourAutumn Lake at Arlington West is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve independence, confidence, and quality of life in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.What You'll DoDeliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational TherapistAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, coordination, balance, and functional mobility

Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor resident progress

Communicate resident status and treatment updates to the supervising Occupational TherapistEducate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety strategies

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality resident care

QualificationsActive Maryland Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required
