Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-TimeAutumn Lake at Baltimore WashingtonGlen Burnie, MD$33–$38/hourUltimate Therapy is seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care and helping residents build the skills needed for greater independence and quality of life.What You'll DoProvide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational TherapistAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, balance, and functional skills

Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals

Monitor progress and communicate relevant updates to the supervising OTEducate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
