Haven Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our locally owned, clinician-led team serving Springfield and the surrounding communities. At Haven, we know what it’s like to be a clinician in the field—because we are one of you.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services

• Carry out individualized plans of care under OT supervision

• Coordinate with the OT and other healthcare professionals as needed

• Support patients and families through education and communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Missouri COTA license and certification in good standing

• At least 1 year of experience as a COTA within the last 3 years

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management skills

• Home health experience is a plus
