Job Description

Assists with occupational therapy treatments and services as ordered by the physician and directed by the or in the absence of Occupational Therapist. Assists the Occupational Therapist when performing tests, evaluations, and complex treatment procedures. Observes, record, and report to the Occupational Therapist the conditions, reactions, and responses of patients to established treatment plan. Maintain daily records of treatment sessions and document progress notes on patients. Assists the Occupational Therapist in consulting with family members, physicians, and other health care professionals, as appropriate.
