What You’ll Do

• Independently scrub assigned cases, maintaining sterile field integrity throughout procedures
• Support surgical teams during high-acuity, high-volume operations and ensure proper setup/turnover
• Perform and maintain aseptic technique and surgical suite readiness
• Assist across a broad range of specialty cases such as General, Urology, Thoracic, Gyn, Plastics, Whipple, Liver Resection, and Free Flap as assigned
• Operate effectively in a large OR environment, including utilization of special equipment (DaVinci XI) when required
• Meet on-call expectations and ensure consistent readiness for urgent/holiday surgical needs
• Collaborate with the OR team to support efficient case flow (daily average surgical case volume: 35; 22 rooms)

What You NeedRequired

• BCLS
• NBSTSA
• At least 2 years of OR experience
• Liver transplant “scrub” experience: must be able to scrub liver recipient transplants independently
• Experience with large open belly cases and a broad surgical case mix (including Whipple, liver procedures, and free flap)

Preferred

• Experience with frequent, complex cases across multiple specialties
• Familiarity with high-volume environments and transplant case demands

About the AssignmentThis assignment supports surgical services at a leading facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, with an active OR environment (daily average surgical case volume 35, 22 rooms) and specialized equipment including DaVinci XI.
