  • Licenses/Certifications: BCLS, NBSTSA required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years, with at least 1 year in Trauma Level I setting

What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized surgical assistance in trauma, neuro, ortho, GYN, plastics, ENT, GU, and urology cases
  • Support complex procedures including craniotomies, trauma cases, organ donation, thoracotomies, and laparoscopy
  • Assist with instrument tray reprocessing for various surgical specialties
  • Maintain sterile techniques and ensure safety standards are upheld during all procedures
  • Collaborate closely with surgical teams and assist in preoperative and postoperative tasks
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment with a diverse case load, including robotics and flap procedures
What You Need
  • Active CST certification via NBSTSA
  • Indiana state license or eligibility
  • Minimum 2 years OR experience; Trauma Level I experience a must
  • Proficiency in neuro, ortho, trauma, GYN, ENT, plastics, and other specialties
  • Experience with advanced surgical procedures and instrumentation
  • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and participate in call and holiday rotations
