- Assist in all core OR procedures across trauma, neuro, ortho, urology, general, GYN, plastics, ENT, and laparoscopic cases
- Provide trauma Level I surgical support with experience in neuro, ortho trauma, craniotomies, VP shunt, thrombectomies, and organ donations
- Support complex neuro, spine, and cranial surgeries, including craniotomies and VPS placements
- Use specialized equipment such as DaVinci XI robotic surgical system
- Maintain sterile environment and assist surgical team with equipment setup
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures
- Required Certifications: BCLS, NBSTSA
- Experience: Minimum 2 years, trauma Level I experience essential
- Key Skills: Neuro, ortho trauma, spine, craniotomy, VPS, thrombectomies, organ donation, urology, laparoscopic, ENT, plastics, oral maxillofacial
- Preferred: Experience with DaVinci robot, flap, scope procedures, dilation and curettage, gynecological laparoscopic surgeries
