PERSONAL TRAINER

Crunch Fitness is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and inspiring Personal Trainer to help members become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions.
Design individualized fitness programs based on clients' goals, abilities, and fitness levels.
Coach, motivate, and hold clients accountable while tracking their progress.
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, equipment use, and safe training practices.
Build strong professional relationships that encourage client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct introductory sessions, assessments, consultations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain a personal training client base and work toward established goals.
Participate in lead generation, prospecting, referrals, and other business-development activities.
Promote personal training services in accordance with company guidelines.
Maintain accurate client records and manage appointments using company systems.
Engage with members on the fitness floor and support orientations, workshops, challenges, and other club initiatives.
Work collaboratively with the Personal Training, Membership, Group Fitness, and Management teams.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment.
Follow all Crunch Fitness policies, procedures, safety requirements, and Employee Handbook guidelines.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Current CPR/AED certification required
Current personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NESTA, NFPT, Cooper Institute, IFPA, or another organization approved by management
Previous personal training experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to motivate, coach, and build relationships with clients
Comfortable promoting personal training services and developing new business
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional, positive, and energetic attitude
Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
