• Valid state license as a CRNA
• Board certification as a CRNA (WV certification preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Proficiency in anesthesia administration for a wide variety of surgical procedures and patient ages
• Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including 12-hour and 8-hour options, with some weekend availability

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in diverse surgical environments such as vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, IR, thoracic, neuro, or cardiac surgeries
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
• Ability to adapt quickly to multiple hospital settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with CRNA certification
• At least 2 years of post-licensure anesthesia practice in hospital or outpatient settings

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work in multiple hospital environments within close proximity
• Ability to complete credentialing processes within 60-90 days
• Willingness to work night shifts and occasional weekends (not weekend-only shifts)
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care
