We’re seeking a talented Certified Surgical Scrub Tech to become an integral part of our busy surgical center in Rogers, AR. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity offers a stable schedule—Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3 PM, with no holidays, weekends, or on-call duties—allowing you to focus on what you do best: supporting high-quality surgical procedures in a collaborative environment. Enjoy competitive pay based on your experience, ranging from $30 to $34 per hour. As a key member of our surgical team, you will work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and other staff to ensure every operation runs smoothly and safely. Your expertise in surgical procedures, equipment setup, sterilization, and sterile techniques will be pivotal in providing safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care from start to finish. What You Bring: Demonstrated knowledge of surgical procedures and instrument care Proficiency in assembling supplies, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining surgical equipment Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment Strong attention to detail, reliability, and team-oriented attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills: NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist or equivalent certification Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and facility scheduling systems Prior experience in a surgical center or hospital setting Preferred Education and Experience: One-year certificate from a college or technical school OR Three to six months of related experience and/or training OR Equivalent combination of education and hands
