• Proven experience as a Surgical Tech with case types including Robotic surgery, Neuro-Spine, Neuro-Vascular, Urology, Transplants, and General surgeries such as Lap Chole, Nephrectomy, Bariatric procedures, and more.
• Ability to assist in complex surgeries, support First Assist duties, and adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with RN, scrub, anesthesia, and physician teams.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with robotic surgeries (Da Vinci), neuro spine/vascular procedures, transplant surgeries, and general surgeries.
• BLS certification required; CSA or CSFA certification preferred.
• Willingness to pass an EKG competency exam.
• Familiarity with Meditech Expanse EMR system, Alaris IV Pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing.

Nice to Have:

• Transplant experience (kidney, liver, pancreas).
• Cardio/Thoracic surgical experience.
• Experience supporting Neuro or Transplant teams.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of surgical technologist experience in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Experience with complex case types and robotic surgeries is highly advantageous.
• First-time travel candidates must have at least 2 years of permanent staff RN experience in acute care.

Other Requirements:

• Valid certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS) for RNs; BLS for Surgical Techs.
• Flexibility in schedule, including weekend rotations and call shifts, with up to 7 days of approved time off.
• Ability to work shifts from 0630-1500 or 1045-1915, with mandatory call duties.
• Willingness to travel and support a team-oriented culture committed to excellence.
