Certified Surgical Technologist

Job Details

Seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our surgical team. This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) plus on-call, offering a great work-life balance in a close-knit, mission-driven environment. In this role, you will support safe and efficient surgical care by preparing instruments and equipment, maintaining a sterile field, and assisting surgeons during procedures. You’ll ensure all supplies are ready, perform accurate counts, and help maintain patient safety throughout each case. Additional responsibilities include assisting with patient positioning and transfers, cleaning and processing equipment (including endoscopy scopes), and supporting efficient room turnover. You’ll work closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a Certified Surgical Technologist (or eligible) with technical training and preferably 1–2 years of experience, though we are open to training the right person. You should be detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Education Required: Technical/other training or better in Other.
Experience Preferred: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working as a surgical technologist. Will train to have thorough knowledge of surgical asepsis, scrubbing role, and OR policies, procedures.
Licenses & Certifications Required: Certified Surgical Tech
